We worked with renowned Chef Mark Peel of Campanile fame to launch his first fast casual concept in the historic Grand Central Market in March 2015. We handled all media and community relations, working closely with Grand Central Market, downtown neighbors and neighboring business organizations, and Chef Peel’s international business team. We secured placements in Bon Appetit, the Los Angeles Times, Eater.com, Urban Daddy, Los Angeles Magazine, LA Weekly and many others, including restaurant trades.
